He is survived by His loving Mother Teresa, His loving Sons Johnny, Alberto and Juan de Dios Jr., His loving Daughters Lourdes, Teresa and Diana, His brothers Lorenzo and Gerardo and His sisters Magdalena, Carmen, Hermelinda, Martha, Bertha and Ceci.

There will be a visitation on Saturday April 14, 2018 at Perches Funeral Home Alameda Location starting at 5 pm to 9 pm. with a P.S. at 6 pm. Will be a cremation after Services.
